What our service involves
Working directly with the customer, executor of the estate or with the solicitor that is handling the estate. We truly understand that this can be a difficult time, so we aim for simplicity and honesty making the process as straight forward and transparent as possible with respect, understanding and empathy.
Our fee varies, and is dependent on the amount of unwanted items within the property.
There are extras such as Mattresses, Fridge & Freezers and POPs Waste ( Sofas, Armchairs etc )
We do purchase items that we can sell on such as Antique’s, Collectables and some vintage items.
We also offer a direct to auction service and have a network of dealers ready to buy certain items.
All itinerary is agreed and documented, and there are never any hidden costs.
If there is anything that can be donated to charity we will advise of this on the free no obligation consultation, as we aim to divert as much away from landfill as we possibly can.
